Delete Your numbup Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your numbup account and all data linked to it. numbup is developed by Optional Industries. You can delete your account yourself from inside the app (recommended), or request deletion by email if you no longer have the app installed.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible — there is no grace period and no way to restore a deleted account or its progress.

Option A — Delete in the app (recommended)

This is the fastest way and removes everything instantly.

1. Open numbup.
2. Tap your profile / avatar at the top of the screen, then open the Settings tab.
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Read the consequences, then tick the "I understand" checkbox.
6. Tap Delete forever.

Your account and all server-side data are deleted right away, and the app continues with a fresh, empty account. This action cannot be undone.

Option B — Request deletion by email

Use this if you have already uninstalled the app and cannot reach the in-app button.

Send an email to hello@optionalindustries.com with the subject "Delete my numbup account" and include your Player ID so we can identify the right account.

Where to find your Player ID: open numbup → tap your avatar → Settings tab → Account, then use the Copy button next to your Player ID and paste it into the email.

If you have already uninstalled the app, your Player ID is no longer available (numbup accounts are anonymous and not tied to an email address or device). In that case, describe your account as best you can — the approximate time you installed the app and the device you played on — and we will check whether we can identify it.

We will confirm and complete your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all data we hold that is linked to it:

• Your account (your anonymous account ID)
• Your cloud save / game progress
• Your currencies and wallets
• Your collections (skills, mounts, wings)
• Your chat messages (World Chat)
• Your telemetry / analytics events (gameplay events linked to your account)

This deletion is complete and permanent. We do not keep a backup copy, and a deleted account cannot be restored.

What we do not collect

For context: numbup accounts are anonymous. We do not require an email address to play, we do not collect device identifiers, and we do not collect location data. There is therefore no separate marketing profile or advertising data to delete.
